Spain’s World Cup heroes have swapped the football pitch for the beaches of Ibiza, with Ferran Torres and Marcos Llorente enjoying a luxury holiday after leading La Roja to World Cup glory.

Just days after Torres scored the dramatic extra-time winner in Spain’s 1-0 victory over Argentina in the World Cup final, the Barcelona forward flew to Ibiza alongside Atlético Madrid star Marcos Llorente for a well-earned break.

The pair have quickly become the talk of social media, with photos of their lavish holiday going viral as fans continue celebrating Spain’s historic triumph.

Torres and Llorente have been spotted soaking up the Mediterranean sun aboard a stunning 30-metre yacht while enjoying one of the world’s most exclusive wines.

The Spain internationals were seen sharing a bottle of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, widely regarded as one of the rarest and most expensive wines in the world, with bottles regularly selling for more than £17,000.

Their celebrations didn’t stop there.

The World Cup winners also visited Casa Jondal, one of Ibiza’s most exclusive beachfront restaurants in Cala Jondal, where they reportedly received a standing ovation from fellow diners as they arrived.

It’s exactly the kind of post-tournament celebration you’d expect from two of Spain’s biggest stars after lifting football’s most coveted trophy.

Shirtless snaps of Torres and Llorente splashing around in the sea have gone viral for another reason too — a playful hug-and-cheek-kiss moment between the pair had social media buzzing, with some fans jokingly comparing the duo’s chemistry to on-screen sports romances, while others pointed out it’s simply a normal show of affection between close Spanish teammates. Either way, the internet can’t stop talking about it.

Notably absent from the Ibiza celebrations is a partner for Torres.

As Football Paparazzi reported few days ago, Torres split from influencer Martina Hunter just before Spain’s semi-final against France, with the pair unfollowing each other on social media in a now-familiar sign of a breakup.

He’s remained single since, going into the final having previously dated Sira Martínez, daughter of PSG boss Luis Enrique, for around two years.

With Torres now one of the most talked-about footballers on the planet after his final-winning goal, speculation over his love life shows no sign of slowing — so it’s worth watching whether his Ibiza guest list expands beyond teammates in the coming weeks.

Torres and Llorente haven’t been alone on the island. Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal and girlfriend Ines Garcia have also been spotted in Ibiza, with the Spanish trio crossing paths at the exclusive Lío nightclub, where they were reportedly honoured for their World Cup triumph.

Real Sociedad captain Mikel Oyarzabal has also been holidaying on the island, though separately from the group.

Ferran Torres’ future remains uncertain

While Torres enjoys his summer break, attention is already turning towards his club future.

The 26-year-old enters a crucial period with Barcelona expected to hold talks over his long-term future after his outstanding World Cup campaign dramatically boosted his stock.

Reports suggest Barcelona are keen to extend his contract despite growing interest from several European giants following his match-winning performances in the tournament.
