Mohammed Kudus scores stunner for Tottenham vs Leeds

The big moment for Tottenham came shortly before the hour mark. With the score locked at 1-1 after a pulsating start to the second half, the Ghanaian attacker took matters into his own hands.

Capitalising on a moment of indecision from the Leeds defence, Kudus snatched possession deep in the final third.

Exhibiting his explosive acceleration and close control he was famed for at West Ham, he cut inside past Gabriel Gudmundsson before unleashing a fierce, low-driven, left-foot shot from the edge of the box.

The shot took a significant deflection off the outstretched boot of Leeds defender Pascal Struijk, wrong-footing goalkeeper Karl Darlow and finding the bottom corner.

Mohammed Kudus’ impact since signing for Tottenham

Since his high-profile summer move, Kudus has quickly cemented his status as one of Tottenham’s most important attacking players.

His blend of power, dribbling ability, and vision adds a new dimension to the Spurs attack.

Kudus made an instant impact, assisting twice in his debut League game for Spurs.

He has since then taken his tally to one goal and four assists in seven Premier League games.
