Montel McKenzie, Love Island star and Baller League footballer, has been Alisha Lehmann’s latest catch with the pair going public in January 2026. McKenzie posted intimate holiday snaps for Lehmann’s birthday, showing her sitting on his lap in a bikini, kissing his forehead.

Then Douglas Luiz went and poked the bear. When McKenzie posted those couple holiday photos, Alisha on his lap, looking every inch the happiest she’s ever been, Luiz decided to slide into the comments with: “I had it like that for a long time, bro.”

Luiz had endured a miserable season in Turin: plagued by injuries, frozen out of the team, while Lehmann was thriving, winning the Serie A Scudetto with Juventus Women. Their paths diverged professionally leading to his Premier League return and romantically they were done.

Luiz broke his social media silence on his 27th birthday with a reflective Instagram post: “Thank GOD for another year of life. A year of learning, achievements and accomplishments.” Cryptic, sure but then things got a lot less cryptic.
