Leeds United
Who could be the next Premier League manager facing the sack? Things are about to get fiery!
Last Updated on 21 November 2025
The Premier League never sleeps, and neither does the pressure. Every season delivers its share of touchline meltdowns, brutal press conferences, fan revolts and boardroom panic.
Four managers have already been relieved of their duties with Nottingham Forest sacking two of the four. Nuno Espirito Santo was the first one to leave and then they sacked his replacement, Ange Postecoglou.
West Ham United let Graham Potter leave while Vitor Pereira was let go by Wolves, becoming the latest Premier League manager to leave.
Daniel Farke – Leeds United:
Surprisingly, as per the latest odds, Daniel Farke is the favorite to be sacked among all Premier League managers.
October was a terrible month for Leeds, who have one win in their last five games, losing the other four, including a loss to Burnley at Turf Moor.
Despite a promising start to the campaign, Farke is not guaranteed to end the season at Elland Road. They might still be 16th, a point above relegation zone but Leeds have already played the likes of West Ham, Burnley and Wolves.
Their next four fixtures are straight out of a horror movie. An in-form Aston Villa at home, before they go to the Etihad. That is followed by Chelsea and Liverpool at Elland Road.
Nuno Espirito Santo – West Ham United:
All things considered, it’s fair to say Nuno Espirito Santo was done dirty by Evangelos Marinakis and Nottingham Forest.

He had a lot more credit in the bank but some off-pitch arguments led to his dismissal. Unfortunately for the Portuguese manager, things don’t look great at West Ham, either.
They have put two back-to-back wins together over Newcastle United and Burnley, but before those two games, West Ham had 1 point in six Premier League games.
Much like Leeds, the Hammers have a tough schedule of fixtures coming up. They go to the South Coast to take on Bournemouth before hosting Liverpool at home, followed by an away trip to Old Trafford.
Ruben Amorim – Manchester United:
A recent uptick in form means Ruben Amorim is no longer the media’s favorite to get sacked. The job at Old Trafford is as tough as it gets but Amorim has, somewhat, turned it around.
One loss in their last six games, Manchester United have definitely turned a corner. Unlike Leeds and West Ham, Amorim also has the easiest fixtures of any other team in the Premier League on the horizon.
But that can be a double-edged sword. Arguably, United’s biggest challenge has been the so-called easier fixtures. If they don’t win those games and slump down the table, again, the media won’t wait to turn the narrative on him.
Arne Slot – Liverpool:
Perhaps the most surprising name on the list but the current Premier League winning manager, Arne Slot, is also among the managers facing tons of scrutiny.
| Crystal Palace (A) | LOST |
| Chelsea (A) | LOST |
| Manchester United (H) | LOST |
| Brentford (A) | LOST |
| Aston Villa (H) | WON |
| Manchester City (A) | LOST |
In fact, as per the latest odds on The Sun, Slot is 14/1 to get the sack.
That comes after a terrible run of results and after the Dutchman spent well over £400m in the summer.
Much like Amorim, however, Slot has easier fixtures coming up but that has been Liverpool’s Achilles heel, of late. If results don’t pick up in the next few round of fixtures, Slot could slash the odds further.
