Weekly Fantasy Fix – Gameweek 15 – Best picks ahead of a busy week
Last Updated on 5 December 2025
Welcome back to Football Paparazzi’s Weekly Fantasy Fix, where we cut through the noise and bring you the smartest Fantasy Premier League picks for the week ahead.
If you are still recovering from Gameweeks 13 and 14, we don’t blame you given how slow the season felt before that.
Now, though, games are rolling in thick and fast. And that’s why you should make sure your team is fit and firing on all cylinders before 11 AM on the 6th of December.
Here’s a little something to help you decide, with our best Fantasy Premier League picks for Gameweek 15.
Nick Woltemade – Newcastle United (£7.4m)
Something of a no-brainer ahead of Newcastle United’s home game against Burnley, Nick Woltemade should be top of your shopping list for Gameweek 15.
Burnley are the least impressive of all promoted sides, losing five Premier League games on the trot. St. James Park is a tough place to visit even for good sides and the Magpies are looking to get back to winning ways.
Woltemade will hope to cash in on the action, ranking first among all teammates for shots taken since his debut.
Malick Thiaw – Newcastle United (£5.0m)
We rarely encourage double-ups but Malick Thiaw’s recent form cannot be ignored. The German remains one of the most in-form defenders in the league and offers a major threat on both ends of the pitch.
Thiaw also has a great chance of keeping a cleansheet given how goal shy Burnley are away from Turf Moor.
And, at £5.0m, you won’t be breaking bank to add almost guaranteed points. Almost.
Phil Foden – Manchester City (£8.3m)
Easily, the most in-form player in the Premier League, right now, Phil Foden is a must-buy. If you can afford him, it’s worth getting him in, even with the risk of Pep Roulette.
That’s because, Sunderland do not have the depth to play three games in a single week. That, too, including trips to Anfield and the Etihad Stadium. Foden should be among the returns, even if he gets half an hour from the bench.
But given how close City were ran by Fulham and Leeds United, Pep might have to play his best side.
Bruno Fernandes – Manchester United (£9.0m)
Somewhat of a risky move, given United’s draw against West Ham at Old Trafford. But, Bruno Fernandes remains Manchester United’s most dangerous player going forward.
They take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux and Ruben Amorim will be desperate for a win. If United are to put on a clinic for their away support, you best believe Bruno will be at the center of it.

It’s also a good transfer for the upcoming weeks with Mbeumo set to depart for AFCON.
Talking about AFCON, remember to use up all your free transfers before the Gameweek 15 deadline. That’s because every player will receive five free transfers ahead of Gameweek 16 due to AFCON departures, as per Fantasy Premier League.
